I was noticing that the seagrass on
the boat was growing. I was broke enough to not pay for dive service. The mallard ducks at Newport Harbor were nibbling
at the boat's hull, listening their light tapping at night. I fed them lots of old sourdough every night. But, I
guess it wasn't enough to full them up. So, they would get a second course of the meal on the green seagrass on the boat's
waterline. Later, when I came to Avalon. I was hearing some pecking at the hull at night. The next day, I was able to capture
this Opaleye (fish) chomping on the hull. Talk about symbiosis. Sorry... Divers!
