Name: James van EttenCertainly a hard decision skipper, I feel upon reading the lines that it wasn't your own, it was a following of the heart. You, a gentleman, have provided the healing needed that your ex-wife will cherish for the rest of her life. You my dear friend are a restless soul, that's why you lived on the boat it never stood still. You have started a new chapter - may I wish you all the best, good luck, good luck and more good luck, Peace and love from London. May we one day meet on the high seas of time. I can't write more - emotion has overcome me. Cheers Mate - Jim

Thanks, James!
You've been a good friend and we've never met. I know the picture and my tone paints a sad picture. But, it's a new beginning...thumbs up. Change is always hard...but, when one door closes, another opens as they say.
Nothing lost really. The door remains open to my ex-partner, she is a real friend...a rare woman. It will be nice to know she's there.
If anything, it's a bit confusing to find myself suddenly free and without all the ill-will usually associated with such partings.
I'm certain to sort it out under the impending full moon of my Moon-day trek up the coast to Paradise Cove.
And by the way, I found an old compass on Frodo (which I sold to a happy 20-something guy for $500.00) and on the bottom was etched the name of the original owner and Frodo's real name, "RESTLESS 1".
